Had a bit of a delivery hiccup and it took a liiittle while, but support came through in the end and got everything fixed for me.

I’ve ordered from OnBuy a few times now and it seems to depend a lot on the seller. Some have been great and sent things out quickly, but one took ages to reply and made me feel a bit brushed off when I was trying to get an update. I did get my item in the end, but the whole experience felt a bit hit and miss

Checkout went smoothly and I paid quickly. No issues this time, and it didn’t feel like they were trying to sneak in extra charges or make me jump through weird hoops, so that was nice.

I expected better prices, honestly. I found the same items cheaper somewhere else quickly, which was annoying. I don’t really have the patience to keep comparing prices, so that just put me off.

I ordered something from OnBuy recently and, to be fair, the item itself was perfectly fine. I didn’t have any problems with the product, and I found the website straightforward to use.
The only downside for me was the delivery cost. Once that was added on, it didn’t feel like quite the bargain I thought I was getting. I’d probably use OnBuy again, but next time I’ll definitely check the postage before ordering.

My order showed up just the way I placed it, with nothing missing or mixed up. It saved me the trouble of having to contact support or make any returns, which I really appreciated

The box showed up crushed, come on now, that’s not great. The packaging really should’ve been sturdier.

I was too mentally drained to deal with any problems, so I’m glad this turned up exactly as described. It feels like good quality for the price and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Happy overall and I’d buy from OnBuy again.

I was in a bit of a rush and needed to cancel my order, so I was expecting it to be a hassle. Luckily it was actually really straightforward. I sent the request, got a reply quickly, and the refund came through without me having to keep chasing it. Nothing over the top, just dealt with properly, which I appreciated. I’d use onbuy again.

I didn’t pay much attention to everything else because I just needed the issue fixed, but support replied really quickly and got it sorted without any hassle.

I used OnBuy for the first time and, i had that weird uneasy feeling you get when paying somewhere new online. Nothing major happened, but I was definitely a bit on edge at first.
The checkout was straightforward, and being able to use a secure payment option made me feel a lot better. It just didn’t give me that dodgy feeling, which matters more than I expected.
The confirmation came through quickly too, so that helped. I did still check my bank afterwards because I’m like that, but everything was totally fine. Dropped one star only because I was still slightly nervous, even though there were no actual issues.

At first, I figured the prices were decent, and I assumed it would end up being a good bargain overall. But once delivery was added and I saw the quality, it just didn’t really feel worth the price. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I was expecting better value for the money.

OnBuy is okay overall, haha, but the website could definitely be a bit smoother. Searching usually works fine, though the filters can feel a little messy and some pages take a while to load. Checkout was simple enough and I didn’t have any major issues there. It just feels like the site could do with a tidy up to make things easier to find.

I ordered it because the site said it was available, but then the order ended up getting cancelled. Anyway... frustrating when you think you’ve got something secured and then find out you don’t.

I was able to keep an eye on the tracking the whole time, and it showed up right on schedule!!! No issues at all!!!

The delivery wasn’t terrible, but it did show up later than I was expecting. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “It’s still on the way and should arrive soon,” which was fine, but not super helpful. Overall, it eventually arrived, just not as quickly as I’d hoped.

The item arrived in fine condition, so no issues there, but I was a bit disappointed when I saw it in person. The description made it sound like it was metal, but it’s mostly plastic. It still works and isn’t useless by any means, but it just wasn’t what I thought I was buying. it left me feeling a little let down.

Had a problem with my order and ended up raising a dispute, mostly because the seller didn’t seem to sort it properly at first. OnBuy did get back to me after a few days though, and in the end it was sorted out okay. Not the smoothest experience, but fair enough in the end.
